am an experienced and professional personal
trainer with a wealth of experience gained from
over 10 years of teaching in the Ukraine, and
now here in England. I am based in Kingston
upon Thames, Surrey.
I have experience of working with
people of all ages and abilities, and will bring
a caring and understanding approach to each
personal training session, with an emphasis
on variety, safety, enjoyment, and above all…getting
results!
Whether you are looking for sports
specific training e.g. for skiing, running,
dance etc or would like to focus more on weight
loss or general body conditioning then I will
have a programme to suit you.
I am currently developing my client
base with a number of existing clients in Kingston
upon Thames, Esher and Richmond Upon Thames
and can travel anywhere within 30min travel
time of Kingston Upon Thames.

to a private gym in East Sheen, close to Richmond
Park. The gym is fully air conditioned with
a state of the art sound system and a full range
of exercise equipment and weights. I will ensure
you have a personalised and effective workout
in complete comfort and safety.

Initially we would arrange a Free
Consultation in order for us to meet
and for you to complete a Health and lifestyle
questionnaire. This is an informal session so
that I can understand your exact requirements
in more detail as well as understanding your
health and medical history. |

your personal training sessions, I will travel
to your home address or we can arrange to meet
at a suitable park or training location. I am
extremely adaptable and feel it is important
for you to feel relaxed and comfortable in whichever
training environment.
Whatever we decide, I will bring
a selection of exercise equipment , which may
include resistance bands, weights, boxing gloves,
skipping ropes etc and design a tailor made
programme just for you and to help you meet
your goals.
Types of programme may include,
Power walking, Jogging, Circuit training, Home
workouts, Cycling, Rollerblading, Rowing, Boxing,
Interval training, Aerobics, Abdominal Conditioning,
Complete Body Toning, Core stability training
